1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Noida Authority to lay foundation stones for three infra projects in Noida

Noida Authority has planned to lay foundation stones for three infrastructure projects in Noida on 24 January 2018.

The new projects include an underpass between Sectors 96 and 126 under the Noida-Greater Noida expressway, and two new industrial sectors along the e-way in Sectors 155 and 156.

The proposed underpass will be located at chainage 2.36 on the Noida-Greater Noida expressway. It will provide connectivity to sectors on both sides of the expressway as well as for commuters travelling between Noida and Delhi and vice-versa.

The facility will have a total of four lanes. The Authority will soon initiate tenders for the project. The facility is likely to be completed by 31 December 2019 and will entail an investment of Rs 97.66 crore.

The two new industrial sectors will be located in Sectors 155 and 156. These two industrial sectors will entail an investment of about Rs 27 crore. The projects will be ready for handing over by 31 December 2018. The tenders for the industrial sectors are in approval stage.
