Nulife, a residential project for senior citizens, developed by Disha Direct and Gagan Group, will come up at Kamshet near Lonavala in Pune.

The cost of the residential project is Rs 200 crore, which is spread over 14 acre, will comprise of 700 apartments of 1BHK (609 - 930 sq ft) and 2BHK (1,063 - 1,184 sq ft).

The project is being conceptualised and marketed by Mumbai-based real estate firm, Disha Direct and developed by Pune-based developer Gagan Group.

The Phase-I of the project, consists of six buildings and 248 apartments, which is estimated to be completed within two-and-half years. The residential project is being designed by Perkins Eastman, USA. The project also consists of two hospitals with intensive care unit and 24X7 ambulance service.

The apartments are designed as per the requirements of the senior citizens, who will be given a choice between independent living apartments and assisted living apartments. The assisted living apartment has a facility of nursing care, to be provided to buyers having health issues.
