The Oberoi Group plans to open 50 new hotels by 2030, with its vision to expand the Oberoi brand and the Trident brand.

EIH, the flagship company of the hospitality major clocked revenue from operations of Rs 770 crore for the third quarter ended 31 December, 2023. EIH's subsidiary Mumtaz Hotels in its board meeting held in January 2024 had approved the construction of a luxury resort in Gandikota, Andhra Pradesh.

Additionally, the Group has been engaged in the development of The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, a luxury project situated near Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, and the resort will provide upscale lodging on a 62-acre site adjacent to the Panna forest reserve. It has obtained land use consent for its 55 acre beach front property in Goa.

Besides these, The Oberoi Wildlife Resort Bandhavgarh, located on a 22 acre site, five km away from Bandhavgarh National Park is also seeing construction work. A Trident resort in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh is projected to be operational in the Q1 of 2027.
