Riddhi tower at Ramnagariya (South), Jagatpura is nine storey tower with 108 flats. The project will occupy three acre of land. Nine storey tower of Satya Palace at JLN Marg in Jaipur comprises 18 flats. Sneham residential complex at Beawar in Ajmer district of Rajasthan comprises two towers of nine floors with total 108 flats including various modern amenities. The residential complex will spread over 3.35 acre of land.

When contacted, the official at Okay Plus Group confirmed that work on the complex is underway. Satya Palace and Riddhi was expected to be ready by 2021. Completion of Riddhi Tower has been re-scheduled to December 2021, which was earlier scheduled to get over in 2018. Vijaytech is the consultant in-charge for both of the residential towers.

The architecture of the luxury apartments is designed by Shekhawat and Associates Architect. Contractor Siddhi Vinayak Group has undertaken services for Riddhi and Esspee Construction is the contractor chosen for Sneham building.
