1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

  • PBA Infrastructure bagged an order worth Rs.8.50 crore from Executive Engineer, Multistoreyed Bldgs, Mumbai for improvement to Sion Panvel Highway from Kopara Gaon km 120/220 to BARC Junction km 140/690. (project details)
  • BSEL Infrastructure Realty bagged orders from Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam for construction of star category hotel at Rewa Bhavan in the vicinity of Sardar Sarovar Dam and for developing tourist destination at Y-junction located at Karan Nagar in Ahmedabad.
  • Nagarjuna Construction Co bagged three orders worth Rs.302 crore from:
  1. Directorate of Public Health, Engineering, Government of West Bengal, Kolkata for surveying, planning, designing, delivery, erection and construction of all civil, electrical mechanical works for the surface water based water supply scheme in Nadia district. [contract value: Rs.246 crore].
  2. The balance Rs.56 crore order comprises of two minor orders received by the company.

  • Kirloskar Brothers as a lead partner in JV with Kbl-Koya-Va Tech has received order worth Rs.274.40 crore from Government of Madhya Pradesh, Public Health Engineering Department, Bhopal for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and trial run for Narmada water supply project in Bhopal. From the total contract value, Kirloskar Brothers share is Rs.106.77 crore. (project details)
  • Afcons Infrastructure bagged an order worth Rs.245 crore related to Kochi Port and the execution of a portion of an offshore pipeline project near Cuddalore in Tamil Nadu.

  • Marubeni Corporation jointly with Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery bagged a contract worth Japanese yen 16 billion from JSW Steel for supply of hot strip mill with capacity of 3.5 million tpa (Phase I) and to further increase the capacity to 5 million tpa under Phase II at Toranagallu in Bellary district of Karnataka.   • National Highways Authority of India issued letter of acceptance to Reliance Energy for the development of 88 km long Trichy-Dindigul Section of NH-45 in Tamil Nadu under NHDP-IIIA on BOT basis. (project details)
  • Diamond Cables bagged an order worth Rs.44 crore for supplying transmission conductors 1,400 km, out of which 690 km is from Larsen and Toubro and 710 km for export to Africa.

  • Kirloskar Brothers received an order worth Rs.344 crore from Government of Andhra Pradesh, Irrigation and CAD Department, for construction of pumping stations at Vasanthavada, Peddavagu Project and Bandarugudem Tank including electro mechanical and hydro mechanical works including site development for Indira Sagar Lift Irrigation Project (Polavaram). The value of contract is Rs.56.32 crore.

  • Petron Engineering Construction received a letter of intent from Vedanta Alumina for design, engineering, manufacturing, erection, commissioning of 11 nos. single girder and 2 no double girder EOT cranes for various shops in its aluminium smelter at Jharsuguda in Orissa.   • Gemini Communication bagged a Rs.75 crore order from Tamil Nadu Electricity Board for computerization of their 1,725 collection centers across the state which directly caters to 15 million consumers. With this project, TNEB will be able to interlink all their collection centers to a centralized server system thus offering efficient and online customer services at their centers. This order represents the largest wireless networking solution ever implemented in India. The entire project is slated to be completed within 4 months.
