Otis India, a subsidiary of Otis Worldwide Corporation, has won a contract with My Home Group to supply advanced elevator systems for three luxury residential projects in Hyderabad.

The company will provide 169 high-speed elevators designed to deliver superior performance, reliability, and a premium ride experience. The projects include My Home 99, which will rise to 234 mtrs; My Home Akrida, consisting of 12 towers; and My Home Grava Residences, featuring seven towers with one exceeding 54 stories. Sebi Joseph, President of Otis India, emphasised the importance of seamless vertical mobility for modern urban living, and highlighted how these projects contribute to shaping Hyderabad’s future through comfort, safety, and contemporary design.
