The scheme will enhance grid reliability in the state’s largely 132kV single-circuit network. Project elements include stringing of second circuits on three 132kV lines—Pasighat–Roing (103 km), Roing–Tezu (73 km), and Tezu–Namsai (95 km)—totaling 270 km, alongside six new AIS line bays at four substations
