PNC Infratech has been declared the L-1 bidder for construction of new broad gauge (BG) double railway line of Haryana Orbital Rail Corporation (HORC) project.
The scope of work comprises the design and construction of civil works (earthwork, bridges, station buildings, retaining walls and other miscellaneous works) from km 29.68 to km 49.70 and from km 55.60 to km 61.50, and its connectivity to the Indian Railways network from New Patli to Patli station and New Patli to Sultanpur station including modifications/civil works at Sultanpur station in connection with the laying of new BG double railway line of the HORC project.
The stipulated time for work completion is 30 months.
The price bids were opened on 28 February, 2023, with PNC Infratech’s bid being declared the lowest (L1) for a quoted price of Rs 771.46 crore.
The project will be implemented by Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation (HRIDC).
