Public Works Department (PWD), Lakshadweep has invited bids for the development of a nursing and paramedical college at Kavaratti.
The contract, which has an estimated value of Rs 120.25 crore, aims to establish a comprehensive infrastructure that includes civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire fighting systems. The work will be completed under a single composite agreement, covering all major and minor components. The scope will also all allied infrastructure necessary for its operations, and the contractor will be expected to complete the entire project within 24 months from the start date. The tender invites bids from firms with experience in similar large-scale projects such as schools, colleges, hospitals, and industrial buildings.
The deadline for submitting bids is 13 February, 2026.
