NBCC (India) has successfully completed the construction of the CBI Housing Complex at Maidangarhi, New Delhi.
The complex includes 586 residential quarters built with a focus on sustainability and modern living standards, featuring rainwater harvesting systems and solar power facilities. It is designed to achieve a GRIHA 3-Star rating, showcasing NBCC’s commitment to environmentally responsible construction. In another development, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the takeover of 534 residential quarters, along with additional facilities such as an NGO’s mess/club house and a community hall.
K P Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC, along with senior officials from CBI and CISF, attended the MoU signing ceremony, underscoring the collaborative effort behind the project. "NBCC continues to reinforce its role in executing sustainable, large-scale government infrastructure projects across India," said Mahadevaswamy.
