Park Hotels, owned by the Apeejay Surrendra Group, plans to significantly expand its operations, aiming to reach 5,800 rooms by 2030, up from the current 2,500.
The company expects its revenue to triple, with strong growth driven by increasing domestic travel, a busy wedding season, and major events such as the T20 World Cup. In Q2 FY26, Park Hotels reported a revenue of Rs 165 crore, with occupancy rates at 93 percent.
Park Hotels is also diversifying its revenue through acquisitions and an asset-light model. Notably, it has acquired Zillion Hotels and Resorts in Mumbai and is planning to start a major property project in Kolkata by early 2026. Additionally, its food and beverage division, Flurys, continues to grow, contributing around eight to 10 percent of total revenue.
