Perto India is planning to set up an ATM machine manufacturing unit at Mahindra World City in Jaipur district of Rajasthan.

An officer from the company has informed ProjectsToday (PT), that it intends to develop an ATM machine manufacturing plant with 1,000 numbers per month capacity in six phases. For the purpose, Perto India has appointed C P Kukreja Associates of Delhi as consultant for the project. The contractor is yet to be finalised.

The company has already achived financial closure against the project cost of Rs 250 crore through internal accurals. It has also acquired 26 acre for the project.

Currently, the company is in the process of finalising the contractor, and civil work on Phase-I is expected to commence by end September 2013, with completion scheduled for March 2014.

Earlier, Mahindra World City, Jaipur, had signed a lease agreement with the Perto S.A. to set up the project in Jaipur district of Rajasthan.
