The Phoenix Group has announced the launch of its various realty projects in Andhra Pradesh. The Group has earmarked Rs 2,000 crore for its six real estate ventures in Hyderabad which includes a Rs 350-crore a mixed use project - Golf Edge.

The proposed project will have a 30-storeyed twin residential tower with 497 apartments covering one million sq ft, a golf view and, a 210-room five star hotel managed by the Duet Group.

Also, the Group has lined up commercial, residential, retail and hospitality projects in Hyderabad, including nine hotels and five to six residential townships, each township with an investment of Rs 300-400 crore. Two of the nine hotels will be five-star and will come up in Jubilee Hills and Financial District. International private equity partners will invest Rs 580 crore in the projects, which will be taken up with 60 per cent debt and 40 per cent equity.
