Piccadily Agro Industries is planning to set up a new grain-based distillery unit to manufacture ethanol with a capacity of 210 klpd at Beltukri in Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh.
The new facility will cover over 22.24 acres of land and will also include a co-generation power plant of 6.25 MW.
As per the information available with Projects Today, Piccadily Agro Industries is in the process of achieving financial closure for the project.
Currently, the company is awaiting terms of reference (ToR) and plans to commence work on the project by October 2023.
Further, the contractor and machinery supplier are yet to be finalised.
