Piramal Realty, the real estate arm of the Piramal Group in a joint venture with Omkar Realtors, inaugurated World Class Experience Centre at Piramal Mahalaxmi, its flagship project in South Mumbai.

The experience centre has been designed in collaboration with internationally acclaimed partners.

Piramal Realty has introduced luxurious private residences which offer views of Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea and the expansive Mumbai Harbour.

Piramal Mahalaxmi has been conceptualized and designed by internationally acclaimed architects and designers. Callison RTKL, USA is the design consultant; Architect Hafeez Contractor, Mumbai, is associated as associate architect; Qeblawi Brooks (One of a Kind), Dubai, UAE as interior designer; TAK consulting, Mumbai, as Vertical Transport Strategy and WME, Dubai, as lead structural and MEP consultants and Capacite Infraprojects as contractors.

The luxury project is spread over four acre of land parcel and offers two-,three-, four-bedroom apartments. The project offers state-of-the-art amenities such as pool, podium garden, landscaped outdoor terraces, sports hall, squash and badminton court, infinity-edged swimming pool, children’s play area, among others.

With over two million sq ft of development, this project is set to be one of the largest premium residential developments in South Mumbai.

As per the agreement, Piramal Realty will lead the design, development, construction, sales and marketing for Piramal Mahalaxmi.
