Arisinfra Solutions, provider of organised construction material supply and value-added services, has announced the signing of an MoU with Wadhwa Construction and Infrastructure for the next phase of its flagship Wadhwa Wise City project in Panvel.

Building on its established track record of timely material supply and seamless project execution, Arisinfra will handle the material supply for seven new residential towers, covering a total construction area of 1.2 million sq. ft.. This extension is expected to contribute an additional Rs 75 crore to Arisinfra’s material supplies business over the next 36 to 40 months.

Wadhwa Wise City, located in Panvel, is a 250+ acre integrated township master-planned as part of Mumbai 3.0's next growth corridor. The project is situated near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, offering residential towers, villas, plotted layouts, commercial spaces, retail zones, educational institutions, and spiritual centers for a modern, self-sufficient urban community.

With over 3,000 homes already delivered, the next development phase aligns with regional infrastructure growth, including the Panvel–Karjat suburban railway line and enhanced connectivity to Mumbai and surrounding key areas.
