Power Mech Projects has bagged two operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts totalling Rs 551.35 crore.
An order, valued at Rs 498.39 crore, was awarded by SJVN Thermal (STPL) for the commissioning support and comprehensive O&M of the coal-based supercritical Buxar Thermal Power Project (BTPP) at Chausa, District Buxar in Bihar. The BTPP consists of two units of 660 MW each, and the contract duration is 39 months.
The second order, worth Rs 52.96 crore, has been received from Jhabua Power, a joint venture of NTPC. This contract involves the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the boiler, turbine, and generator for a 1x600 MW unit located in Village Barela, Tehsil-Ghansore, District Seoni in Madhya Pradesh. The contract period is three years, with an option for a one-year extension.
