Power and Instrumentation (Gujarat) has bagged a major turnkey contract from Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam (AVVNL).
The order valued at Rs 68.22 crore, part of the revamped distribution sector scheme (RDSS), involves the supply, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and materials for the development of distribution infrastructure in the Dungarpur Circle of Rajasthan. The order is to be executed on a turnkey basis and is expected to be completed within 15 months from the date of award.
The objective of the project is to achieve segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders to enhance operational efficiency and power reliability in the region. The order win reinforces the company’s strong execution capabilities and its role in strengthening the power distribution infrastructure in India under government-led reform schemes.
