RKEC Projects has won an order worth Rs 197.59 crore from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
The contract, for the jetty revamping project, focuses on strengthening, repairing, and improving the jetty infrastructure at ONGC’s Nhava Supply Base. The order was issued by ONGC's Central Procurement Department in New Delhi. RKEC Projects, which specialises in civil and defence construction, including buildings, highways, marine works, and bridges, is poised to leverage this order.
ONGC, a Maharatna company and the largest oil and natural gas producer in India, holds a 58.89 percent government stake. The project reflects ONGC's commitment to enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. "This order underscores the trust placed in our capabilities," said RKEC's spokesperson.
