RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems has announced a significant expansion of its manufacturing capabilities, which will boost its overall production capacity by approx. 50 percent.
The company’s Board of Directors has approved the development of a new state-of-the-art facility in Sinnar, Maharashtra, through its proposed wholly owned subsidiary, Brahmanand Pipes. The new plant will have an installed capacity of 12,000 tonne per annum, enhancing RMDRIP's manufacturing footprint and positioning it to meet higher demand across irrigation, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. The facility will produce a wide range of products, including drip irrigation systems, HDPE pipes for water supply, drainage solutions, and industrial piping.
Nivrutti Pandurang Kedar, Managing Director, said, “This capacity expansion is a pivotal milestone in RMDRIP’s growth strategy,” reinforcing the company's long-term growth prospects.This expansion aims to improve asset utilisation, operating leverage, and margins while capitalizing on the Government of India’s GST reduction for the agriculture sector.
