Valencia Nutrition (VNL) has inaugurated the second phase of its PET bottle manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion strategy.

The new facility, operated under its subsidiary Valencia Beverages and Superwater (VBSW), consists of two units. Unit I, fully commissioned on 15 August, 2025, and Unit II, completed on 14 January, 2026, are integral to VBSW’s plan to establish 27 integrated beverage plants across India. The units will support the production of Bounce Superdrinks and its category brands such as Vitafizz, Pulpify, and Powerplay.

The inauguration was led by Manish Turakhia, Visionary Promoter of VNL. “This plant is a crucial step in our roadmap for mass-market expansion,” he stated. Unit I has a bottling capacity of 2,10,000 bottles per day, while Unit II features Telangana’s largest hybrid hot-fill juice-line system, with a capacity of 3,00,000 bottles per day. Combined, both units can bottle 5,10,000 bottles daily, laying the groundwork for future growth.
