Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of three new hotels in East India — in Deoghar, Puri, and Ranchi, adding 400 rooms as part of its India expansion strategy.
These properties will introduce the Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, and Radisson Resort & Spa brands to the region, catering to a mix of spiritual, leisure, and meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) tourism. In Deoghar, Jharkhand, the Radisson Blu Hotel will be the city’s first internationally branded upper-upscale property, strategically located near the airport and AIIMS, with views of Tapovan and Trikuta Hills. It aims to serve pilgrims, wellness travellers, and wedding or event organizers.
In Puri, Odisha, Radisson RED will debut along New Marine Drive Road near Puri Beach, targeting spiritual and modern leisure tourists. Its proximity to the Shree Jagannath Temple and Bhubaneswar positions it well for destination weddings and high tourist footfall during events like the Ratha Yatra.
Ranchi’s Radisson Resort & Spa, located on the Ranchi–Jamshedpur highway, will cater to premium leisure and MICE segments, marking Radisson’s second hotel in the capital and fifth in Jharkhand.
