Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) by South Central Railway for an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract.
The project involves doubling the railway track over a stretch of 58.06 km between Parbhani and Parli stations in Maharashtra. This excludes a 6.775-km segment within the Gangakhed yard, from km 292.075 to km 298.85.
The scope of the project includes electrification and signaling work as part of the track doubling initiative. This development aligns with ongoing infrastructure upgrades by South Central Railway to enhance connectivity and improve rail operations in the region.
