Rossell Techsys has set out on its strategic expansion to support its robust order book and boost FY26 revenue and profitability.
Following its strongest-ever Q1/FY25-26 performance, the company will add 15,000 sq. ft. of production space at its Bengaluru facility with a Rs 1.5 crore capex, targeted for completion by Q3/FY26. It has also initiated second-shift operations and accelerated hiring, growing its workforce from 680 to 950 employees to expedite order execution.
Managing Director Rishab Gupta stated, “Over the past year, we’ve transformed pipeline momentum into executable orders and aligned our capacity to deliver. With the new expansion, ramped-up operations, and higher-margin programmes, we expect a meaningful uplift in operating margins and the potential for multifold growth in profitability in FY26.”
Recent wins include qualification by a leading global OEM for wireharness programmes and a new satellite programme order, strengthening multi-year revenue visibility through confirmed orders and new customer acquisitions. The company obtained a fresh order from a customer for satellite assemblies, with production ramp-up scheduled from October 2025 after successful qualification by the end of Q2/FY26.
