Royal Orchid Hotels (ROHL) has launched its newest property 'Regenta Central Grand Exotica' in Pune, targeting both business and leisure segments.

The hotel has 72 rooms across deluxe, executive, suite, and classic suite categories. The property also has several food and beverage (F&B) outlets, including 'Pinxx', 'Tiger Trail', 'Mix - The Bar', and the rooftop Sky Lounge. Additionally, a conferencing facility with three banquet halls makes it a suitable venue for conferences, weddings, and special events.

Conveniently located in Chinchwad, the property affords access to the Pune Railway station, which is 30 minutes away. The airport is within driving distance, and can be reached within 45 minutes.

The new addition takes ROHL's portfolio to a total of 14 JLO properties. It owns and operates three grand hotels in Pune, including the Royal Orchid Central, Kalyani Nagar, Marisoft Annexe, and Royal Orchid Golden Suites, Kalyani Nagar, Cerebrum IT Park.

The company has acquired the latest property on a revenue sharing basis.
