Royal Orchid Hotels (ROHL), the Bangalore-based hospitality chain has launched its first service apartments in Bangalore called Royal Orchid Suites.

The Royal Orchid Suites located in the Whitefield, very close to IT hub has been constructed by Vaswani group, a real estate company. The 88-key property has been developed at an outlay of Rs.50 crore, and ROHL will be managing and operating it. Royal Orchid plans to open its next property in Hyderabad. The company is also constructing a 104 room four-star hotel at Ahmedabad, a five-star hotel with 206 rooms at Hyderabad ; which will also have a 90 room service apartment, a resort in Goa, 160 room five-star hotel at Jaipur and a four star hotel with a capacity of 180 rooms in Mumbai.

The Vaswani Group which is also looking at exploring a long-term strategic alliance with Royal Orchid Hotels plans to invest about Rs.200 crore in the hospitality vertical over a span of three years.
