Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new leisure property in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, expanding its presence in culturally significant destinations through an asset-light strategy.

The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will be operated under a hotel management agreement and feature 200 all-suite rooms spread across 3,623 sq. mtrs., catering to travellers seeking comfort, longer stays, and immersive experiences in the Blue City. Strategically located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, the hotel offers easy access to the city’s commercial districts and heritage attractions. Scheduled to open by December 2029, the property will include expansive banquet and conference facilities, a lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant, and a rooftop pool bar, making it ideal for leisure stays, destination weddings, celebrations, and corporate events.

Being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home and Shreeyukt, the hotel aims to provide curated dining, wellness amenities, and event spaces. “This project strengthens our presence in key leisure destinations across India,” said ROHL Chairman Chander K. Baljee.
