Rushil Decor, a leading Indian decorative laminate and MDF panel board manufacturer, has initiated trial production under Phase 2 of its Jumbo Size Laminates facility in Itla, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
This marks a key step in its expansion strategy following the successful launch of Phase 1. The Phase 2 development adds 1.6 million sheets per annum of capacity (one mm thickness), bringing the total plant output to 2.8 million sheets annually. The plant is strategically focused on exports to high-growth international markets, including the USA and Europe.
Managing Director Rushil K. Thakkar highlighted the company’s revenue target of Rs 11,000 million for FY2026, driven by innovation and capacity augmentation. The brownfield expansion is set to be completed by Q3/FY26 and is expected to add approx. Rs 300 crore in annual revenue. Export orders for a large share of the new capacity have already been secured, positioning the company for accelerated global growth.
