Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics has acquired Applied Bioprocess Containers (ABC), a Plymouth, Minn.-based supplier of medical single-use containers and fluid transfer systems.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The ABC purchase is the third plastics technology and sterile fluid handling-related acquisition in recent months for French-owned Saint-Gobain, which has its U.S. headquarters in Aurora, Ohio.
