Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR)-based developer Saptashree Group has announced the launch of AI Thane, an AI-powered commercial IT Park located in Wagle Estate, Thane. The project aims to set new standards in intelligent infrastructure, automation, and sustainable business environments.

According to the developer, AI Thane is designed to fully embed artificial intelligence and machine learning into daily operations. From facial recognition-enabled security systems and automated climate control to smart energy management and predictive maintenance, the facility will leverage technology to optimise every function. A notable feature includes MMR’s first AI-based human-less parking ecosystem, ensuring seamless parking experiences for office-goers.

Architecturally, the project will feature diamond-cut glass façades, an automated double-height entrance lobby, pillarless office spaces, and flexible layouts tailored for start-ups as well as multinational corporations. The IT park will also offer incubation support for new ventures and designated zones for networking and collaboration. 

AI Thane is positioned as a hub which aligns with the national agenda of promoting smart infrastructure and technological innovation. By integrating AI deeply into the business environment, Saptashree Group aims to reshape how commercial spaces function, making them more adaptive, efficient, and sustainable.
