The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has envisaged implementation of 155 MLD sewage treatment plant based on open technology at Pirana in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.
The tender for the project worth Rs 152.44 crore was floated in May 2017. The scope of work involves survey, soil testing, design, supply, construction, among other works.
The work will be implemented with SCADA, including successful trial run commissioning of three months and comprehensive operation and maintenance for 10 years, inclusive of one year defect liability period for the project. As per recent information shared with Projects Today, the project was underway with completion scheduled for December 2019.
