Sheonarain Jaiswal is in the process of achieving financial closure for its new grain-based distillery unit with a capacity of 60 klpd at Balsiring village, Namkum tehsil, in Ranchi district of Jharkhand.
The proposed unit will span over 26.74 acres of land parcel. The project will also comprise a 1.78 MW co-generation power plant.
The company will bring around 70 percent of the project fund through a bank loan, and the remaining 30 percent will be financed through internal accruals.
According to the updates available with Projects Today, Sheonarain Jaiswal is awaiting environmental clearance (EC). As it receives approval, the company will finalise the contractor and machinery supplier for the project.
The work on the project is expected to commence by mid-2023.
