Mumbai-based Sri Lotus Developers and Realty, backed by Shah Rukh Khan’s family trust, Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, and prominent investor Ashish Kacholia, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) next week. The company aims to raise approx. Rs 792 crore to fund three ongoing real estate projects in Mumbai.
The developer specialises in redeveloping old buildings into luxury residential and commercial properties across prime city locations. These projects include two-BHK and three-BHK apartments priced between Rs three crore and Rs seven crore, and larger three-BHK, four-BHK, and penthouses ranging from Rs 10 crore to Rs 50 crore.
The company also plans to expand into South and Central Mumbai neighbourhoods like Nepean Sea Road and Prabhadevi, as well as eastern suburbs including Ghatkopar, further strengthening its presence in the luxury real estate segment.
As of 30 June, 2025, the developer had completed 0.93 million sq. ft. of developable space and has a pipeline exceeding 1.8 million sq. ft. Its portfolio consists of four completed projects, five ongoing ones, and 11 upcoming developments across Mumbai areas such as Andheri, Juhu, Bandra, and South Mumbai.
