The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited bids for the composite construction works of residential twin towers at Block No 41 in Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
The scope of work includes the installation and commissioning of various systems and services to ensure the towers meet modern residential standards, including including civil, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, firefighting, HVAC, security equipment, lifts, IBMS, landscaping, and other allied services. The total duration for completing the work is 42 months, which includes the monsoon and holiday periods, starting from the date of the work order plus a 15-day mobilisation period or the handing over of the site to the contractor, whichever comes earlier.
The total value of the contract is Rs 253.33 crore, and the bid submission deadline is 28 January, 2026.
