Swissotel Hotels & Resorts has entered into management contracts with two
different companies of the Xander Group Inc for setting up hotels in
Gurgaon (Haryana) and Bangalore.
Swissotel Gurgaon is to comprise 240 guestrooms and suites. The hotel will
also offer amenities including a 25,000 sq ft of conference space and ballrooms,
a 13,000 sq ft Pürovel Spa and Fitness Centre. The project is being developed
by a company co-promoted by Xander and Kohli One, a National Capital Region
based developer. The project is to be completed by 2013.
Swissotel Whitefield will have an inventory of 151 guest rooms and suites.
The amenities will include exclusive dining, a rooftop pool and bar, and
extensive meeting space for business needs. The project is being developed by
Virtuous Retail.
