Gujarat Housing Board (GHB) has floated a tender for redevelopment of integrated group housing facility in Gota, Ahmedabad on PPP basis.

The work encompasses redevelopment of existing public housing scheme component (PHC) includes provision of housing along with basic civic infrastructure to eligible existing dwellers. Under the scheme area, the land parcel is to be utilised for existing PHC, and land if available after PHC for free sale component. The signing of development agreement is within 120 days from the signing of contract agreement and issuance of the work order.

The project duration will be 40 months which includes pre-construction period spanning four months, along with construction period of 36 months. The estimated cost of the development is Rs 504.8 crore.

The last date for bid submission is 14 June, 2024.
