Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL) has issued a tender inviting bids for improvement works, along with post-geotechnical investigations and associated activities under the main plant structures of Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana (GHAVP) Units 1 and 2 – Phase-III, located in Fatehabad district, Haryana.
The scope of work encompasses a broad range of civil and geotechnical engineering activities essential to the structural integrity and operational reliability of the nuclear power plant’s primary infrastructure. The ground remediation efforts are focused on preparing the subsurface strata to support critical installations and reactor structures by improving load-bearing capacity. It will include soil testing, rock analysis, and remedial treatments such as soil stabilization and ground densification.
The contract has an estimated cost of Rs 289.92 crore.
The deadline for submission of bids is 28 April, 2025.
