The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has issued a tender for the construction of a 200 MLD capacity sewage treatment plant (STP) at the Old Pirana site in the AMC area.
The contract also includes the installation of incoming MS/DI rising mains, a disposal pipeline, a 66 kV switchyard, and various associated works. In addition to the construction, the tender requires the operation and maintenance of the STP for a period of 10 years. The work is to be completed at a cost of Rs 324.63 crore. The project is essential for improving the sewage treatment and disposal infrastructure in Ahmedabad, supporting sustainable urban development.
Interested contractors are required to submit their bids by 23 February, 2026.
