The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed a new hotel project, Crescent The Fern Budhni, in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. 

This will be the Group's 21st hotel in North India, further expanding its regional presence. The upcoming property will feature 82 rooms and suites catering to both business and leisure travellers. It will include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and lounge café, a conference room, and two banquet halls for corporate and social events. The hotel is expected to open in the first half of 2026. 

The hotel will focus on offering modern, sustainable hospitality in a region with growing demand for such services, aiming to exceed guest expectations with its service and facilities. Suhail Kannampilly, Managing Director of The Fern Hotels & Resorts, said, “India’s hospitality growth story is increasingly being shaped by emerging destinations that are benefiting from infrastructure development, improved connectivity and evolving travel demand.”
