Trump Towers, through real estate firms M3M India and Tribeca Developers, has launched a luxury residential project in Gurugram. The project will entail an investment of Rs 1,200 crore.
As part of the project, M3M India and Tribeca will develop 250 ultra luxury residences. In the initial phase, the apartments will have three and four bedroom options and will be sold in a price range of Rs five crore to Rs 10 crore. The flats will range from 3,500 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft.
The residential project in Gurugram will be the fourth Trump Tower project in India after Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata.
Construction work of the towers -- each around 50 floors and over 600 ft facing the golf course -- will start in March 2018. The project will be completed in five years.
Each residence will have a private elevator, while a third of the residences will have over 22 ft high double-height living rooms.
M3M India has provided the land for this project and the company will be responsible for development as well. Tribeca has exclusive right to market this project, while the Trump Organization has lent the Trump brand.
