Realty developer Tulip Infratech has made considerable progress on the 'Tulip Monsella' project, slated to be one of the tallest residences in Gurugram, and has unveiled Phase-II of this high-end project in record time.
The Phase-II of Tulip Monsella spans over 3,50,000 sq. ft. development comprising ultra-luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses, as part of the company's commitment to deliver an expansive range of residential options for world-class living experiences. The plan includes the construction of approx. 1,100 luxury apartments and 150 units designed for economically weaker sections (EWS), all integrated into 11 towers. Additionally, two separate commercial buildings will come up, complementing this development.
The overall project spans 20 acres on Golf Course Road, Sector-53 and is estimated to be valued at more than Rs 5,000 crore.
Originally initiated by another real estate player and subsequently stalled, Tulip Infratech took over the project in 2021 through negotiations with PNB Housing Finance and the previous builder, and has revived hope for existing buyers while creating fresh opportunities for prospective customers.
Phase-I of Tulip Monsella is on schedule and its delivery is expected by 2030.
