The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved six new real estate projects worth Rs 176.28 crore across Ayodhya, Noida, Jhansi, Moradabad, Lucknow, and Prayagraj.
The approvals were finalised during the Authority's 186th meeting, chaired by Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy. These projects will collectively add 501 residential and commercial units, reflecting continued diversification of development into emerging urban centers beyond major metropolitan areas. The latest approvals follow two significant rounds of clearances — on October 6, eight projects worth Rs 1,948 crore were approved, and on September 27, 21 projects totalling Rs 7,035 crore were sanctioned.
These consistent approvals aim to boost both residential and commercial infrastructure across the state. The Chairman further emphasised UP RERA’s commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and structured growth in the real estate sector, noting that only compliant projects pass through the Authority’s stringent approval process.
