The Uttar Pradesh government is set to finalise a developer for the 174-acre multimodal logistics park in Greater Noida soon.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority invited bids aiming to attract over Rs 1,200 crore investment, generate at least 5,000 employment opportunities, and accelerate freight movement. Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Super Handlers, and Empezar Logistics have submitted proposals, which will be evaluated by a high-powered committee headed by the Chief Secretary.
Located near Jewar Airport, the Park will offer cargo yards, warehouses, a skill development centre, and logistics services, with proximity to Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors and Concor’s dry port. The 174.12 acres of land at Kappa 2 will be leased for 90 years, with minimum investment excluding land cost.
