Logistics firm V-Trans (India) which has outlined its growth plan intends to prioritise growth in its core competence area, surface transport, while also expanding its multimodal logistics operations, including air and road combination. The company is targeting a turnover of Rs 3,000 crore by 2026.
Also, V-Trans will make substantial investments in expanding branches, warehouses, and infrastructure in northern India, with 30 percent of overall revenue coming from the region. The company has plans for further expansion by opening new branches in tier-III and IV tier cities of eastern and western UP, Uttarakhand, and Punjab.
The company is augmenting its third-party logistics operations with world-class facilities and employment generation under the V-Logis brand. In the full truckload (FTL) segment V-Trans aims to enhance ts presence in the segment, which is a USD 120 billion market.
