Vascon Engineers has bagged a significant contract from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) for the construction of a super specialty hospital at CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

The project, valued at Rs 260.09 crore (including GST), is set to be completed within 36 months. The hospital will feature state-of-the-art medical infrastructure, including advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring modern healthcare delivery. This contract further strengthens Vascon's order book, which now totals Rs 2,800 crore, providing a robust 2.8x coverage of its FY25 EPC revenues.

The company, with its capacity to execute around eight million sq. ft.annually and operating at 90 percent utilization, is well-positioned to handle upcoming infrastructure and EPC projects. Vascon’s team of over 800 project and engineering professionals is poised to successfully deliver this critical healthcare infrastructure project.
