Vascon Engineers has received a letter of intent (LoI) from MSEB Holding Company for the redevelopment of ‘Saudamini’ building located at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

The project site located at Plot No.9, Haji Ali Park, and the scope of work involves comprehensive reconstruction and upgrading of the existing structure and is expected to be completed within a period of 36 months. The contract, valued at Rs 161.18 crore is a significant order awarded on a redevelopment basis.  

This new order further strengthens Vascon Engineers’ position in the real estate and infrastructure redevelopment segment, particularly within the Mumbai metropolitan area. The execution of this project marks a notable addition to its project portfolio.
