VA TECH WABAG, a leading water technology multinational, has secured a significant order from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) for the Bina Petchem and Refinery Expansion Project in Bina, Madhya Pradesh.
The order involves the supply of advanced water treatment facilities, including a Raw water treatment plant (RWTP), a reverse osmosis-based demineralization plant (RODMP), and a zero liquid discharge plant (ZLDP) for the BPCL Bina Refinery. WABAG will handle the entire process, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning (EPC).
This large-scale contract is expected to be completed over the next 22 months. This order further strengthens WABAG's position in the industrial water treatment segment
