Western Railway has invited bids for works for BG line including bridge construction and other structures in connection with gauge conversion of Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow- Sanawad section in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.

The work will be carried out between Choral (including) (ch:48920) - Mukhtiyara Balwada (excluding) (ch:64380), and will comprise earthwork & blanketing in embankment /cutting in formation of BG line including yards, bridge approaches etc., construction of bridge work (major/minor and road over bridges- sub structure and super structure), retaining/boundary/toe wall/diversion drain, construction of station buildings, covering shed at Choral Station, passenger amenities, foot over bridge, and related works.

The work has a cmpletion period of 18 months, and a construction cost of Rs 261.79 crore.

The bid submission closing date is 05 July, 2024.
