Wigwam Ply, a prominent name in the Indian plywood industry, has achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of its largest plywood manufacturing facility in the country.
Located in the KIADB Industrial Area of Chamarajanagar, Karnataka, this unit spans 6.53 lakh sq. ft. and began operations on 28 August, 2025. Initially employing 250 people, the workforce is expected to grow to over 1,000 as the facility reaches full capacity, producing 500 CBM per day. This addition brings Wigwam's total number of factories to four, cementing its position as a powerhouse in the construction sector.
Established in 2018, Wigwam has become a leader in the plywood industry by offering high-quality, E0-certified, and technically advanced products. The company is expected to achieve a turnover of Rs 725 crore by FY27. With a strong commitment to quality, Wigwam has carved a niche by offering products that prioritise both durability and safety.
