Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed a partnership with Hyson Hospitalities to open a Ramada Encore property in Kalamassery, Kochi, by 2026.

The 57-room hotel will cater to the growing demand from business, medical, educational, and leisure travelers in the area. Located in the rapidly developing Kalamassery corridor, the hotel will offer modern amenities, including well-appointed guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, a fitness centre, and meeting facilities. P P Fasalu, Director of Hyson Hospitalities, stated, “Through this hotel, we aim to offer guests an internationally benchmarked hospitality experience while contributing meaningfully to the city’s evolving accommodation landscape.”

The development aligns with the region’s expansion driven by industrial growth, healthcare institutions, and improved connectivity. This project strengthens Hyson Hospitalities’ presence in Kerala and reflects the rising demand for midscale hotels in high-potential urban areas.
